Eagle Conducts Customer Satisfaction Survey

customer serviceAt Eagle, our customers’ satisfaction is important to us. Our quality certifications provide customers the confidence that their product meet their specifications consistently. Over the next few months, our customers will be called or emailed to participate in our customer satisfaction survey. We have hired the Center of Marketing Research at UMASS Dartmouth (CMR) to conduct this survey on our behalf.

Eagle has been a client since 2006 and we look forward to the feedback from our customers and the final report compiled by the CMR. The final report Eagle receives has an executive summary, a statistically valid sample of our customers, a full report on each survey question, and recommendations based on the data.
